Biography:

Prof. Dr. Gregor Anderluh has been director of the National Institute of Chemistry in Ljubljana, Slovenia, since 2015. He is also a full professor at the University of Ljubljanay. His main research interests include protein toxins, protein interactions with cell membranes in bacterial pathogenesis, plant-pathogen interactions, and the human immune system. He is a member of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Academia Europaea and European Molecular Biology Organization.
