Tea Lanišnik Rižner
Dr Rizner is Professor of Biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where she heads the Laboratory of Translational Molecular Endocrinology. The main research interests of her group are steroid hormones and their role in the pathophysiology and chemoresistance of hormone-dependent diseases, the identification of novel drug targets, especially in the context of chemoresistance, biomarker discovery and the development of diagnostic and prognostic algorithms using multi-omics approaches.
